Queen's Grant Middle School Program

Our Mint Hill middle school offers your child a safe, caring school environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. Because our middle school is small, we are also able to deliver a more personal teaching environment that makes a difference in your child's overall education. At Queen's Grant Community School, students are given every chance to succeed because teachers are vested in each child's success. Additionally, we value the strong relationships our teachers forge with their students' parents. This mutual dedication is based on a common goal: To give each child the absolute best education possible.

Queen's Grant Middle School Program provides:

  • Small, safe setting of 252 students (compared to 600+ in most middle schools).
  • Athletic program which offers team sports for boys and girls each season.
  • National Junior Honor Society
  • Academic enriching field trips to Washington, D.C., various day field trips to theaters, museums, white water rafting, and much more.
  • Character Education integrated within the every day curriculum.
  • Mint Hill area community service from all students such as reading buddies for younger students, mentoring 3rd graders for their annual economics fair, school fundraising, volunteering for the bookfair, and monthly fundraising for local and national charities.
  • Middle School Career Day
  • Middle School Ski Club
  • Middle School organized after-school social activities
  • Middle School dances and socials are held through out the year in the school gym
